Reliving painful emotions at length, without a mechanism to actually resolve them, is not healing. It's re-traumatisation. Picking the scab and wondering why it won't heal. Self-sabotage is protection, not failure
Your subconscious is doing exactly what it was designed to do: keeping you safe based on patterns it learned — usually a long time ago. Understanding why you self-sabotage doesn't stop the self-sabotage. What works is updating the programme at the level where it was created, so it stops generating the behaviour from the root.

The past lives in the present
Your conscious mind knows the past can't change. Your subconscious has no relationship with time — it processes old experiences as if they're still occurring. This is why a memory from fifteen years ago can produce a completely present-tense physical reaction. The event ended. The encoding of it didn't. That encoding is what we change.

Retelling trauma keeps it alive
Every time you revisit a traumatic experience in detail, you're not processing it — you're re-encoding it. Talking about the problem gives it more neural real estate, not less. Talking asks the conscious mind to process something that lives below it. We work at the right level from the start.

The wellness industry has it backwards
You've been told to love yourself first — as a prerequisite for healing, growth, action. But self-love is not something you summon through willpower or affirmations. It's what naturally emerges when you free yourself from the past, connect with your emotions, and start following through on what actually matters. You don't need to feel worthy to start. That feeling is what you'll leave with.

Identity is changeable — because it was always constructed
Unworthiness feels permanent because it's been there so long. But it's not a fact about you — it's a conclusion your younger self drew from incomplete data. Childhood roles, internalized comments, early experiences of being too much or not enough. When we update that conclusion at the subconscious level, the whole identity shifts. And that trickles into every area of your life.

I spent four years and five figures finding what works. So you don't have to.

I'm Veronika — a psychologist with an MSc from a top-15 university, and someone who has walked the long way around this road herself.
I spent years in traditional therapy as a patient. I genuinely did the work. I talked about my childhood, my relationships, my patterns. I was, as I like to say, the perfect patient — insightful, committed, entirely willing. I could have written a dissertation on my own psychology.
And I was still anxious. Still in the same cycles. Still feeling like the real change was always just slightly out of reach.
So I started looking elsewhere. Over several years I invested in over ten different healing modalities — EFT tapping, breathwork, inner child work, shadow work, Kundalini Activation, energy healing, somatic practices, and more. Each gave me something real. But it wasn't until I discovered how to work directly with the subconscious that everything changed — quickly, and permanently.
That's why I built my practice around subconscious-level methods. Not because they're fashionable — because they're what actually worked when years of other things hadn't. I bring the full breadth of what I've learned, filtered through rigorous psychology training and genuine lived experience, to every client I work with.

What "subconscious" actually means in your day-to-day life
The conscious mind is everything you can think, reason, and articulate. It's reading these words, evaluating whether this is credible, forming judgements. It's also the part that's been in therapy with you — building insight, developing language for your experiences, understanding where patterns come from.
The subconscious is everything else — and it runs approximately 95% of your behaviour. It's what makes you freeze in certain situations before you've consciously registered a threat. That floods you with anxiety in circumstances that "shouldn't" feel dangerous. That pulls you toward the same kind of relationship, even when you know intellectually it isn't what you want.
The subconscious doesn't respond to logic or insight. It doesn't experience time — which is why a memory from fifteen years ago can produce a completely present-tense physical reaction. The event ended. The nervous system encoding of it didn't. That encoding is what we change.
The methods I use — RRT, EFT, self-concept work — communicate with the subconscious in the language it actually responds to: imagery, sensation, pattern interruption, identity-level updating. That's why they work at a different speed and depth than talk-based approaches. They're not better therapy. They're a different category of intervention entirely.
Why the results are permanent — and why that's not a marketing claim
This is the question I get most often, and it's a fair one. Most healing approaches don't produce permanent results. People are right to be sceptical of claims that this one does.
The reason is structural. Most approaches work on the symptom — the anxiety, the behaviour, the story around the pattern. They help you manage it, reframe it, develop coping strategies. This is working on the branches of the tree. The root keeps generating new branches.
Subconscious reprogramming works on the root. When we identify and update the core subconscious belief or trauma response generating the pattern, the pattern stops running because the thing producing it has changed. It's not suppressed, reframed, or managed — it's updated. A different programme is running.
This is also why clients often struggle to describe what changed. The shift happens below narrative. "I just don't react the same way anymore" is a common description. The trigger is still present — but the automated response to it is different, because the subconscious instruction has changed. That's not a side effect of the work. That's the mechanism.
